Adobe AE has filters to make video look like asciinema, but the only output is standard video. VLC seems to do the same. Is there any way to convert standard video to asciinema?
This seems extremely unlikely because asciinema works by capturing actual characters and display codes sent to the terminal (it’s not watching the screen output as an image and recognising the text it “sees”)
