How can I change the default location from /tmp to /asciinema

Note: In AWS If you stop and start the VM, you will loose all the files stored in /tmp

asciinema uses `tempfile.mkstemp` function. It should be possible to set `TMP` env var to point to a different place. See [tempfile — Generate temporary files and directories — Python 3.10.2 documentation](https://docs.python.org/3/library/tempfile.html#tempfile.mkstemp)
